Kathy’s love of anatomy, movement and bodymind awareness combine in her yoga practice and teaching. She has been practicing yoga for 6 years and been a yoga teacher for 3 years. Kathy received her training from Living Yoga & Health in Guelph. The training was a wonderful blend of learning most closely aligned with Hatha and Kripalu yoga infused with the movement work of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and the precision of Iyengar. 

Kathy earned a Honours Bachelor of Science, with distinction, in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. She is a librarian, a former Massage Therapist, a group facilitator and has taught communications skills. Her skills and knowledge are brought into her yoga teaching to create classes that help people increase their understanding and awareness of their bodies, posture, physical and mind habits that contribute to improving heath and wellbeing.
